What is Mass Order?
Mass Order is a feature that lets you place multiple orders at once by entering service ID, link, and quantity in bulk format.
How to use Mass Order?
Go to the 'Mass Order' tab, copy the correct format (Service ID | Link | Quantity) for each line, then click submit.
Can I use different services in a single Mass Order?
Yes. You can mix services as long as each line follows the correct format.
Where can I find Service ID?
Go to 'New Order' page and check the Service dropdown. Each service has a numeric ID listed there.
Does Mass Order cost more?
No. The cost is calculated normally based on the service rates.

How to choose the right service?
Read service description and guarantee before ordering.
Why is my service not working?
Ensure the link is correct and meets the required criteria (public profile, etc).
Can I use your services for any country?
Yes, unless mentioned otherwise in the service description.
Are the services real or bot?
We provide both real and high-quality bot services. Check description.
Do services come with a guarantee?
Some do, some don't. Read the service note carefully.
Refill
How do I request a refill?
Go to 'Refill' section, enter Order ID, and submit if eligible.
What is the refill period?
It varies. Usually 30-365 days depending on the service.
Can I request refill for any service?
Only services with refill guarantee are refillable.
My refill request is pending too long, why?
Some refill providers take time. Please wait or contact support.
Refill submitted but not completed?
We’ll check with provider if not completed in time.
Orders
How to track my order status?
Go to 'Orders' tab to see progress and current status.
My order is stuck in 'Pending'
This may happen if the link is invalid or service is slow.
Can I cancel an order?
If possible, our system auto-cancels. Otherwise, contact support.
What does each status mean?
Pending: Waiting to start. Processing: In progress. Completed: Done. Partial: Incomplete but charged. Cancelled: Not done.
What to do if order fails?
Submit a ticket with the order ID. We will review and respond.
Payments
Which payment methods are available?
PayPal, Binance, CryptoMuch, Payeer, credit card, Any Crypto Currency, BKash, Nagad, Rocket,

What is the minimum deposit?

Can I pay with USD or Crypto?

How to create a Child Panel?
Contact support to enable Child Panel options.
Is Child Panel free?
No, it has a monthly subscription fee. Please check our pricing section for more info.
Can I use my own domain for Child Panel?
Yes, you can integrate with your domain once enabled.
